  • We have plenty of parking in front of the Modern SalonStudios but also all around the other shops.

  • Cancellation Policy

    I understand that things come up. I value your time, and hope that you value mine too. In the event that you need to cancel your appointment, please be sure to notify me no later then 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Any appointments canceled with less then 48 hours notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled services and will be required to be paid before booking another appointment. If you have any questions regarding the policy please communicate them before committing to an appointment.

    Late Arrival

    Please note that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, I may not be able to accommodate the service or services booked or the service time will need to be shortened so I do not run into my next scheduled appointment.

    Appointment Confirmations

    As a courtesy, my booking system confirms your appointments by the method you chose when scheduling, 72 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. However, if a text or email is not received on your end due to technical difficulty, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee.

    Service Adjustment Policy

    Your satisfaction is the highest priority. If you are not completely content, please let me know during your service or within 7 days after your service has been performed. I am committed to making any needed corrections, as long as it falls in the services discussed and agreed upon during the consultation. I will be pleased to accommodate you free of charge in most circumstances.
